1. Trucks ‘n’ Tracks was established in 1994, as an annual modelling event. Since that time we have expanded both the event and our range of services. The Trucks ‘n’ Tracks Show is still our main business, but now we are also able to offer a range of modelling services, kits, and accessories. 2. Privacy Policy. The following details how Trucks ‘n’ Tracks treats personal information supplied by customers and trading partners: I) Traders booking stands at the show. We hold name, address, and contact details, on our database as we are required to do for all people trading at ‘occasional sales’. We also use these to contact those traders for the following year’s show. We do not hold any credit card details, or information relating to method’s of payment, other than that required to complete our audited accounts. No credit or debit card details are retained after payment has been cleared, and all details are securely destroyed. II) Customers purchasing advance tickets, or models or accessories. We take details only to complete the transaction. After that time all details, including those of credit and debit card, are securely destroyed. Iii) Subscribers to our newsletter. We hold only name and e-mail address to facilitate the sending of the newsletter as requested. Should the subscriber wish to unsubscribe at any time, all details are deleted. IV) We do not share our contact details with any other group or organisation. V) Information given to Trucks ‘n’ Tracks is viewable and used only by our own staff, and those official bodies which we are required by law to submit such items of information to. 3. Delivery. Advance tickets purchased will be dispatched approximately one month before the show. All other items (model kits/etc) we aim to dispatch within 21 days. Certificate of posting is always obtained. We post by Royal Mail 2nd Class or international small packet rate, unless otherwise requested. 4. Refunds. To prevent fraud and counterfieting, we unfortunately cannot refund advance tickets purchased for Trucks ‘n’ Tracks Show. For models and accessories we will refund items returned to us within 14 days of reciept, should the item be faulty, damaged, or not as described. We regret we cannot refund return postage. Should you wish to return an item for refund which is not faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will accept this if returned within 14 days of receipt, but an administration charge of £5.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.
